He has 13 years of experience in implementing business and technical projects for TMT/ICT sectors, including market regulators and ministries. Currently, he directs the work of the Digital Poland Foundation, which aims to make Poland one of the leading centres of digital innovation in Europe and to turn the challenges of digitisation into opportunities for the Polish economy. He previously worked for EY, Cyfrowy Polsat, Plus, Orange Polska and Shell Polska.
He has practical experience in digital transformation, business processes, consulting, telecommunications and media regulation, valuation, project management, e-state and e-services. Moreover, he has up-to-date knowledge on issues such as Big Data, data monetisation, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, Internet of Things and 5G.
He graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology. He holds a number of specialist certificates, including TOGAF, PRINCE2 and has completed a number of IT training courses (such as ITIL).
